Solution Focused Interventions

Paul Hanton will take the group through a day of solution focused practice which will include:

• Solution Focused history and where it sits in theory and practice
• Solution Focused techniques and practice assumptions
• Solution Focused practice with the person, the worker and the work to be done.
• Practical applications in your every day work

People will be working much of the days in pairs using 'live practice' (you will not have to do this in front of the group). You will need to bring some real life work examples for the last part of the day...and an open and enquiring mind.
