On Tuesday 8 November 2022 from 9am to 4pm, the KPI Programme will host a national benchmarking face to face forum in Wellington. The forum will be held at Pipitea Marae, 55 Thorndon Quay, Wellington.
This forum is open to KPI Programme contributors from all organisations working in our mental health and addiction sector. This includes whānau and people who use services, who have a passion for realising the full utility of benchmarking to drive continuous improvement and the equity of health outcomes for tāngata whai ora, whānau and communities.
With a full agenda, attendees can look forward to keynote addresses from Joseph Tyro, Director Māori Health at Te Whatu Ora South Canterbury and Principal Advisor at Te Aka Whai Ora, Karaitiana Tickell, Kaiwhakahaere Matua at Purapura Whetu, and the Health Quality and Safety Commission. The day will also include stories of change from services across the motu and the opportunity to engage in collaborative benchmarking wānanga using the KPI Programme’s full suite of indicators.
