Louise is the Operations Manager at Whāraurau. Louise completed a PhD and postdoctoral research in the area of youth mental health. She brings over ten years of experience from roles in academia, youth mental health services, health standards development, change management and contracts management, both in Ireland and New Zealand.

Louise is passionate about improving mental health literacy and reducing stigma, to promote open and progressive conversations about mental health and addiction.
