Jenny Burke joined Whāraurau in January 2023 as Marketing and Communications Advisor. Her role is to grow awareness of what we do as an organisation and to drive engagement with the infant, child, adolescent mental health and AOD workforce.

She has worked in the marketing and communications space in both commercial and not-for-profit organisations for over 25 years and has a strong desire to support people working in child mental health.

Jenny believes all rangatahi deserve the best start in life and specifically in relation to their mental health and wellbeing. Outside of her mahi, she likes to kayak, bike and do craft work.

Jenny works a 9-day fortnight and so works Monday to Friday with every other Friday off.
