Real Skills Plus Privacy Policy

 

Whāraurau collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

In addition to the types of information we collect set our in our Privacy Policy (section 5), we collect additional information as part of the Real Skills Plus tool. This includes details of your Email, First Name, Last Name, Years in practice, Age group, Ethnicity, Country, Main Qualification, Highest level of qualification (If different from main qualification), Workplace Region, Organisation Type, Service Type, Profession, Team Type, and Job Title.

In addition to the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy (sections 6 and 7), we use and disclose information collected from you in connection with the Real Skills Plus tool for reporting and future workforce planning purposes:

  • Whāraurau use non-identifiable data (being data from which names and email addresses have been excluded) from the Real Skills Plus online self-assessment tool to identify professional development needs for the ICAMH/AOD workforce. Team reports will not be created with less than 5 people’s data. This enables Whāraurau to target our professional development activities.

 

  • Whāraurau also use non-identifiable data (being data from which names and email addresses have been excluded) for reporting purposes - both to report to our funder (Te Whatu Ora) and in workforce presentations (e.g. to services or to our audiences e.g. Whāraurau mailing lists).

 

  • An amalgamated team report based on the data is also given to Health Sector Services Leads. Individuals are not identifiable in these team reports.
