- Whāraurau use non-identifiable data (being data from which names and email addresses have been excluded) from the Real Skills Plus online self-assessment tool to identify professional development needs for the ICAMH/AOD workforce. Team reports will not be created with less than 5 people’s data. This enables Whāraurau to target our professional development activities.
- Whāraurau also use non-identifiable data (being data from which names and email addresses have been excluded) for reporting purposes - both to report to our funder (Te Whatu Ora) and in workforce presentations (e.g. to services or to our audiences e.g. Whāraurau mailing lists).
- An amalgamated team report based on the data is also given to Health Sector Services Leads. Individuals are not identifiable in these team reports.
