Right now, we are looking for an exceptional leader to work across the two teams of Manaaki Kākano (Maternal and Infant Mental Health) & He Tupua Waiora (Pregnancy and Parenting Services) improving outcomes for all members of the whānau including wāhine kōpū, tāne, pēpi, and tamariki.

Manaaki Kākano supports parents and babies to have the best opportunity to build a secure attachment and remain well in their own community. He Tupua Waiora works with parents of children under three years of age who are using substances including alcohol, and who have a range of complex challenges needing the support of skilled clinicians.

This role provides clinical, professional and operational leadership to the service ensuring the mahi is person and whanau-centred, of a high quality, and culturally-safe. You will develop a positive culture within the team that aligns with our values. You will also link in with service-wide development, and encourage a sense of commitment and shared purpose.

You will be a registered health professional with previous leadership experience in a nursing or allied health setting, and a minimum of seven years post-registration experience working in a clinical setting.
