The Starship Paediatric Consult Liaison Team are seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician to fill a 1.0 FTE position providing clinical assessment and therapy to infants, children, adolescents and their families who are under the care of the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and under the Consult Liaison Team Starship Children’s Hospital. The position would suit either one full-time (1.0 FTE) or two job-sharing part-time staff and will include a combination of general CLT work and specific PICU work.

The position will also involve providing education and support to staff teams working with sick children and their families in PICU. The Consult Liaison Team is an experienced and dynamic multidisciplinary mental health team which provides mental health consultation and liaison services to the medical and surgical inpatients and outpatients of Starship Children’s Health.

You'll be a qualified Mental Health Clinician registered with the relevant board, an annual practicing certificate and at least 3 years relevant post graduate clinical experience in infant, child and adolescent Mental Health.
