Diana is a Mentor for the IY Basic Parent Programme. She also provides supervision to group leaders beginning this work. Diana has worked in the NGO and tertiary mental health sectors for 20 years, before setting up the Incredible Families Trust, with two of her colleagues and her husband in 2006. A co-trustee delivers Watch, Wait & Wonder - an Infant/Parent programme and Diana and her team raise money to deliver various Incredible Years programmes in the greater Wellington area, including Basic Incredible Years Parent Programme, the IY Autism programme, and Dinosaur school programme. The Trust has contracts from Ministry of Education to deliver Incredible Years Basic parent programme and IY Autism Programme. On a personal level, Diana is married, has four children and has five precious little grandchildren.
