Marthinus Bekker

Marthinus is a clinical psychologist with a range of experience in clinical work, research, and teaching across public, university, and private settings. Clinically, he has worked in roles ranging from child adolescent and family services, through to inpatient and forensic services. He has experience in conducting clinical and neuropsychological assessments, as well as delivering a wide range of cognitive, behavioural, and acceptance-based therapies, with a particular focus on Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. Marthinus was born in South Africa and grew up in Blenheim. He now lives in west Auckland with his family.
