Julliet completed her Master of Science (Psychology) Degree from the University of Auckland and worked as a Research Assistant on a prevention of depression study at the Department of Psychological Medicine, also at the University of Auckland.

Following on from her project work at the department, in 2002, she started work as the part-time Administrator at the inception stage of 'Werry Workforce Whāraurau'. Juliet is now a part of the Whāraurau Operations team and is also a Project Manager for the ICAMH/AOD Stocktake Project.

Julliet is involved in the evaluation of all Whāraurau Development events and activities.
