Whāraurau invites you to attend our online Lunchtime Learning event:

Talking to young people about drugs: tips, guides and resources
with Phil Glaser - NZ Drug Foundation

It can be hard to know how to have this conversation with rangatahi. Phil outlines tips for how to approach it, practical steps you can take and will run through the suite of resources available that can help answer any questions you may have.

Once published, the video of this presentation will be available below in the Resources tab.

Whāraurau is proud to be able to offer a series of monthly online trainings.

Throughout the latest lockdown we have been providing weekly Lunchtime Learning events to provide an opportunity for ongoing education and connection for the ICAMH, AOD, NGO and PHO sectors.

Future topics for 2021 include:

  • Returning to school following lockdown - Dr Hiran Thabrew, University of Auckland
  • Youth Law - Sarah Guy, Youth Law
