Nathan's career is tightly interwoven with his own layers of Pacific-centered identity that include Te Rarawa, Samoa and other diverse connections. He is a Registered Social Worker (SWRB), Addiction Practitioner and Accredited Clinical Supervisor (DAPAANZ). Over the past 15 years, Nathan has worked across the NGO and public sectors in Aotearoa New Zealand and Samoa in spaces of clinical leadership, supervision, policy and advocacy.
