If you answered yes and are from tamariki mental health services – then join us at the Choice and Partnership Approach (CAPA) National Forum on Wednesday 18 October in Wellington.
The theme for the day will be exploring tools to enhance collaborative service relationships across communities to support CAPA service provisions.

• Dr Sharon Clark - Clinical Psychologist – IWK Health Centre, Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia
• John Zonnevylle – Manatū Haurora
• Youth Advisory Team – Whāraurau
• Cultural Advisory Team – Whāraurau
• Clarissa Ventress - Operations manager – Te Whatu Ora, MHAIDS Wellington Region.
This CAPA Forum is a joint initiative between Whāraurau and MHIADS (Mental Health, Addiction & Intellectual Disability Service) Wellington.
