Promoting Digital Tools with Dr Karolina Stasiak, Senior Lecturer Psychological Medicine, University of Auckland

Love it or hate it, digital tools are here to stay. The webinar will give an overview of digital tools available in Aotearoa New Zealand designed to support mental health and wellbeing of young people and their whānau. Emphasis will be on home-grown tools and those are that are free to use. There will be handy tips on how to introduce and encourage young people to use the tools and also how keep up with the ever changing technology.
