  • Do you want to build on your learning from the perinatal online courses?
  • Do you want a more hands-on reflective workshop that uses a matauranga Māori lens?
  • Do you want to learn more about active listening?

Join this workshop designed for those who have completed courses one and two of our perinatal mental health online learning. The theme of the day is ‘ata whakarongo – the art of listening’. This reflective workshop is designed around effective communication, especially through active listening, and is pivotal in creating a supportive environment for expectant whānau.

In this workshop we will have discussions, share reflections and engage in practical exercises to apply insights to real-world scenarios. Your participation will not only enhance your understanding of perinatal mental health, but also contribute to a richer learning environment for everyone involved.

Please note: there is no cost to attend this workshop.
