An in-person Incredible Years® Teacher Peer Coach Development Day in Auckland with Anna Dickson and Kim Thomson

Finally! An opportunity to reconnect face-to-face with the IY TCM programme peer coach network. 

This day will be held in-person for all Incredible Years® TCM programme peer coaches.

Possible topics for discussion at the development day include, but are not limited to:
•    Peer coach training review.
•    Working towards accreditation.
•    Follow-up support for those who trained online.
•    How peer coaches can support fidelity workshops.
•    Building networks.
•    Support for online delivery.
•    Format of a peer coach session.
•    Connecting as a group and reviewing where we’re at as peer coaches.
•    Overview of peer coaches in each region.
•    Engaging group leaders who are reluctant to do peer coaching.
•    How peer coaches can help the sustainability of IYT in schools.
