It can be tough but you are not alone.

You can find information about common mental health and addiction issues on the Mental Health Foundation website.

    This booklet is aimed at 8-12 year olds. It helps to give understanding and strategies to cope and ways to keep safe and ask for help.

    A resilience building game for young people (8-14 yrs) who are facing tough times.

    This is a story for children aged 6-11 years whose parents or relative has a drinking problem. An honest, encouraging story to help children and families talk about alcohol and how it can affect family life.
