Engaging with Young People 101 

Workforce support for new Youth Primary Mental Health and Addiction Services (Access and Choice)
  
This new programme of work aims to support the clinical and non-clinical workforce for new Youth primary mental health and addiction services that are rolling out as part of the Access and Choice programme. The workforce programme focuses on the knowledge and skills required to effectively engage with and address the mental health and addiction needs of young people aged 12 to 24 years.

This workshop will enhance your skills in 

•    Key considerations when engaging with Taiohi
•    Whats important for young people in Aotearoa
•    Youth focused engagement from a lived experience perspective
•    Trauma informed lens on engagement
