Lunchtime learning: Getting to grips with the Headstrong app

Presenter
Dr Karolina Stasiak and Dr Holly Dixon

Join our lunchtime learning to explore Headstrong, an evidence-based app, specifically designed to teach young people in Aotearoa | New Zealand ways to manage their wellbeing and build coping and resilience skills.

Developed by experts from the University of Auckland and funded by Te Whatu Ora, this culturally responsive tool is freely available in NZ (available on phones, tablets or desktops).

The lunchtime learning will go through the app's features, demonstrating how it engages with rangatahi and supports their mental health.

You’ll also get practical tips on how to integrate Headstrong into your practice.
