John Vogenthaler is the Disability Workforce Programme Lead and Principal Advisor for Disability at Te Pou. He has experience supporting diverse groups of disabled people as a teacher, learning and behaviour specialist, behaviour support specialist and autism specialist worker. John is passionate about working towards better outcomes for everyone who is part of the neurodiversity continuum, and particularly for individuals with behaviours that challenge.
